- Contractor and workforce information, including company details, tax documentation, agreements, insurance records, schedules, commission information, and payout preferences.
- Calendar account information and scheduling data when an authorized contractor voluntarily connects a Google or Microsoft calendar.
- Technical information such as browser type, device information, IP address, access times, cookies, and website activity.

Google Calendar and Google User Data
Independent contractors may voluntarily connect their personal Google Calendar to Cleaning Estimates (“CE”), our service-management platform.
When a contractor connects Google Calendar, CE may access:
- The contractor’s Google account name and email address.
- Calendar availability and busy-time information.
- Calendar events needed to identify scheduling conflicts.
- The contractor’s primary Google Calendar.
- CE-created Work Order events.
We use Google Calendar information only to:
- Check whether the contractor is available for a proposed service time.
- Avoid conflicts with personal or business calendar events.
- Create calendar events for accepted Work Orders.
- Update CE-created events when a Work Order schedule changes.
- Remove CE-created events when an assignment is canceled, reassigned, or disconnected.
CE stores the contractor’s authorized connection credentials, account identification, connection status, selected calendar identifier, and identifiers for CE-created events as necessary to maintain the connection. Access and refresh tokens are not displayed publicly.
We do not use Google Calendar information for advertising, credit decisions, surveillance, or unrelated marketing. We do not sell Google user data.
We do not disclose Google user data to third parties except when necessary to provide and secure the calendar functionality, comply with applicable law, prevent fraud or abuse, or respond to a valid legal request.
Human access to Google user data is limited to situations where it is necessary to provide support, investigate a security concern, comply with law, or when the user has provided permission.
Delicate Touch Cleaners’ use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Disconnecting Google Calendar and Deleting Google Data
Connecting a personal calendar is optional. A contractor may disconnect Google Calendar at any time from CE → My Profile → Personal Calendar Connection.
Disconnecting the calendar stops future access and removes CE-created events from the connected personal calendar when technically available. It does not disconnect or delete any separately assigned company or Google Workspace calendar.
Contractors may also revoke CE’s access from their Google Account permissions at:
https://myaccount.google.com/connections
To request deletion of stored Google connection information, contact us at [email protected]. We will delete the applicable connection credentials and related personal-calendar information unless retention is required for security, legal, or dispute-resolution purposes.
Payment Information
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe. Delicate Touch Cleaners does not store complete credit-card or bank-account numbers on its website. Payment providers may collect and process payment details according to their own privacy policies.
We may retain payment status, transaction identifiers, payment method type, limited account details such as the last four digits, invoice information, and payment history for accounting, customer service, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
Service Photographs and Documentation
With applicable authorization, service photographs and documentation may be collected to:
- Confirm property condition.
- Document completed services.
- Support quality-control reviews.
- Resolve service concerns or claims.
- Maintain operational records.
Service photographs are not used publicly for advertising unless the customer has separately authorized marketing use.
Contractors and Workforce Records
We may collect and securely maintain contractor or workforce information, including tax forms, agreements, insurance certificates, workers’ compensation documentation, payment preferences, availability, commission records, and service-performance information.
Access to these records is limited to authorized personnel and service providers who need the information for legitimate business, legal, insurance, scheduling, or payment purposes.
